Private equity

When a company has a great business and needs more capital to expand it’s at a cross roads – private equity offers a route to access capital and to grow value leading to an exit.

We have considerable experience of advising clients on how to access and secure private equity funding. Not only can we advise on the technical terms of finance, but we have contacts within the private equity sector to make introductions and facilitate the deal process. Importantly, we are also fully up to date with “market” terms and approaches so we can ensure that clients secure the best possible deal from funders.

It’s essential for any company looking at the private equity route that they have the support of commercially aware lawyers and ones who can stand up to other advisers. We pride ourselves on our reputation and expertise and have a proven track record of working with clients from the start of a private equity fund raising process through to eventual exit.
