Advice to executives

Whether a client is seeking advice on the terms of a new service agreement, on defensive strategies to protect employment rights or on preparing for litigation/ severance negotiations, we are happy to help.

We act for senior executives and private individuals on a wide range of employment issues including:

  • disciplinary and grievance matters
  • working time regulations
  • all types of discrimination
  • enforceability and scope of restrictive covenants
  • employment contracts/service agreements
  • consultancy agreements
  • contractual disputes
  • termination of employment
  • exit packages and compromise agreements

Where clients have an employment related claim against their employer we provide clear advice on the prospects of success as well as the likely costs and compensation if the claim were to succeed.

Our employment team is proud of the results that they have achieved for employee clients and a few examples are outlined below.
