Professional Background
Damien was educated at Bristol University, Cambridge University, Glamorgan University and Cardiff Law School. After over a year in the commercial property department of Capital Law he joined M&A in 2006 to complete his training qualifying in September 2007.
Area of Practice
Damien is a commercial property specialist regularly advising on the acquisition, disposal, letting and funding of commercial properties. He also has expertise in providing corporate support in connection with business acquisitions for Dr J D Hull & Associates Limited amongst other clients.
Damien has supported the firm’s partners in a mixture of high profile deals since joining the firm alongside his work acting for smaller clients.
His experience includes negotiation of development agreements, acting for developers and tenants on retail units in high street locations and on retail parks. During his training Damien also assisted with right to buy transactions and the transfer of the assets of a registered social landlord.
