Professional Background
Rob was educated at Cardiff, Glamorgan and Reading Universities and after being awarded Masters degrees in Environmental and Quality Management and in Construction Law he worked as a construction solicitor. He also undertook an extended secondment with the Welsh Assembly Government specialising in transport, planning and environment advice to the relevant WAG departments. He joined M&A in March 2010.
Area of Practice
Rob specialises in non-contentious construction matters and has advised on the drafting and negotiation of JCT and bespoke forms of contract and associated professional appointments, bonds and guarantees. He has experience of a variety of projects including a fire station PFI, a University accommodation joint venture and large scale commercial and leisure developments.
