Framework Arrangement for Supported Housing

M&A Solicitors is pleased to announce its instruction by West Sussex County Council in respect of a proposed multi-agency framework arrangement for the provision of supported housing services.
It is the County Council's intention that from this panel individual contracts will be “called off” as and when required. The successful organisations will provide supported social housing facilities for a variety of persons requiring assistance from the County Council. The opportunity will also allow other public authorities operating in West Sussex to use the framework. By establishing a framework agreement the Authority will front-load its procurement process and will reduce delays and repetition arising in procurements for future projects.
M&A has been requested to provide legal advice and project management support for the project, which bolsters the experience of our fee-earners in the housing sector. M&A will provide all legal advice and assistance in respect of the project from drafting the OJEU Contract Notice, pre-qualification documentation and contract documentation as well as negotiating with shortlisted organisations through use of the competitive dialogue procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations.
