With an already expanding portfolio of public and private sector clients and a growing expertise and reputation across a range of public sector services, M&A Solicitors was this week newly appointed as external legal adviser to the Sussex Consortium.
The Sussex Consortium comprises 16 authorities (county, borough, district, unitary and fire authorities) across Sussex.
M&A has been appointed to the legal services panel of the Sussex Consortium to provide legal advice and support in relation to Administrative / Local Government Law, Contract Law, ICT, Planning and Property.
This appointment is further evidence of the increasing recognition of M&A’s public sector expertise and strength in depth in this area. M&A now has the largest dedicated public sector team in Wales and has considerable experience of advising local government on a range of legal issues.
This most recent success builds on the work already undertaken by the firm following successful tenders for highly sought after appointments by West Sussex County Council, including in relation to its innovative waste project, Academy School projects and a framework for supported housing.
