Planning and Highways Framework

M&A Solicitors has been appointed by seven local authorities in Wales to provide legal advice and assistance in relation to planning and highways. The framework arrangement, led by Vale of Glamorgan Council and used by Ceredigion County Council, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Monmouthshire County Council, Powys County Council, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and Torfaen County Borough Council.
The provision of legal services to the seven authorities will cover the full range of planning and highways functions of the authorities and M&A's selection to the panel demonstrates the experience and knowledge held by its fee-earners. Specifically, Eric Evans, partner, has many years planning experience and at one time, he was the only practicing solicitor on the Law Society's Planning Panel.
