We advised the umbrella organisation of the 4 Welsh Rugby Regions, Regional Rugby Wales Limited, in its recent high profile negotiations with the WRU regarding a new funding structure between the Regions and WRU. The outcome of negotiations between parties was an agreement which will govern the funding arrangements between them for the next few years.
We continue to advise Cardiff City FC on a whole range of corporate, commercial and property matters, having also advised on all legal aspects relating to the Club’s move from Ninian Park to the new Cardiff City Stadium.
We have been appointed to advise a League 1 football club on all legal issues surrounding the redevelopment and construction of the club’s stadium. Work includes assessing funding and construction options and working closely with key stakeholders such as the local council.
We recently assisted in advising the Welsh Football Trust on all legal issues surrounding the proposed construction of a new National Football Centre for Wales.
Our sports team assists the Endgame Group on all legal matters arising from Endgame’s running of the Welsh Rugby Players Association on behalf of professional rugby players in Wales.
